All services and sites will be moved to the new servers during
May.
Control Panel, email, ftp and stats logins will not change and you
can access them the same way.
The Control Panel can be accessed at:
http://controlpanel.yourdomain.com or http://controlpanel.e-nethost.com
All support email should be directed to support@cfmenterprises.com.
Sales related questions can be directed to sales@cfmenterprises.com.
Billing questions can be directed to billing@cfmenterprises.com.
Important Notes:
If you are using external DNS you will need to update you website
and mail IP's with the new server IP's.
You can view the new IP assigned to your website by clicking on
the "Website Settings" icon in the control panel.
All domains should use the following nameservers:
ns.e-nethost.com
and ns2.e-nethost.com
If your domain uses a different DNS server you should change to
the correct DNS servers to keep your site functional.
Domains registered through us by ENOM already have this change applied.
The deadline to update DNS will be June 1 2006. Any sites using
astnetworks.com or any other dns server will not be functional after
this date.
Reseller DNS:
If you are using custom DNS servers you need to change the primary
IP to use:
216.40.230.128
The secondary IP will stay the same and should be 69.61.58.43
Resellers already using ns.e-nethost.com and ns2.e-nethost.com do
not need to modify the nameservers.
Mail:
Email accounts will be transferred to the new mail server on Saturday
May 13th.
Frontpage:
If your site uses frontpage forms and they stop working correctly
after the server transfer you may need to repair the extensions
from within the control panel.
After repairing extensions if your form still does not work re-publishing
it in frontpage will generally fix the problem.
Billing:
All packages, plans and payment cycles will remain the same. Past
due accounts will NOT be transferred to the new servers.
As of May 15th all billing and payments will be made to CFM Enterprises.
